| Plot Summary | Barry B. Benson, a bee who has just graduated from college, is disillusioned at his lone career choice: making honey. On a special trip outside the hive, Barry's life is saved by Vanessa, a florist in New York City. As their relationship blossoms, he discovers humans actually eat honey, and subsequently decides to sue us. |

Bee Movie Review
posted on 19 May 2008Barry Benson is a young male-bee with hopes and dreams about his future. After graduation, he goes against his parents’ wish of going into the “honey-business” and instead he decides to get out of the bee kingdom and discover the outside world. At first, Barry gets so happy with his newly-granted freedom, but then he discovers a serious truth about humans that eventually results in a great twist in the movie’s plot. Once when Barry is in a supermarket with a human friend, the young bee finds out that humans use and sell honey all over the city. He then gets so angry and decides to sue the whole human race to get the bees’ rights.
