posted on 9 September 2009Before even telling you something I would like to ensure you that it is the first science fiction masterpiece in years. I must confess I was more than impressed – the movie is really amazing and great and in stands in one row together with such films as: Ridley Scott's "Blade Runner" and James Cameron's "Aliens".
Apart from top-notch visuals and really stunning sceneries and performance, this movie has the plot and it surprisingly catching and interesting.
The movie has everything even the most demanding sci-fi lover needs: dark scenes, the humor, amazing and highly believing performance, some really thought-provoking moments. The movie is a beautifully crafted one that can be even named an Oscar-material.
District 9 is an expensive, thought-provoking and perfectly done movie!
