| Plot Summary | At the center of the story is the mighty Thor (Chris Hemsworth), a powerful but arrogant warrior whose reckless actions reignite an ancient war. Thor is cast down to Earth by his father Odin (Anthony Hopkins) and is forced to live among humans. A beautiful, young scientist, Jane Foster (Natalie Portman), has a profound effect on Thor, as she ultimately becomes his first love. It’s while here on Earth that Thor learns what it takes to be a true hero when the most dangerous villain of his world sends the darkest forces of Asgard to invade Earth. |

Intelligent and fun epic film
posted on Aug 17, 2011The following film is the first blockbuster of 2011 and I must say that it is a fantastic beginning, because the film is amazing and offers a great deal of action and we love it when it comes to action movies, yeah? To my mind this film is a successful and fantastic adaptation of all-around entertaining comic book.
This movies offers a perfect combination of fun, visual effects and dynamic characters. My special thanks go to visual effects – they are simply stunning and look very natural. What I like the most about this film, together with great visuals it boasts super intelligent plot that catches and has no flaws.
The actors were awesome and their performance was brilliant, I can't think of any drawbacks. This film has a depth and frankly speaking no one expected it can be that great. The following film exceeded all my expectations!
